自从两所学校在2015年建立了合作关系以来，学校建筑工程学院的可再生能源应用团队与拉脱维亚大学保持了良好的科学研究合作关系，并且在低调辐射，智能监管研究中取得了新的进步。能源应用团队，为基于预制建筑物的多能互补供暖和冷却应用奠定了坚实的基础，还为学校的科学研究团队提供了有利的条件，以建立一个低级可再生能源的能源应用示范基础，共同培训研究生，博士生，等等。
