以下人员免于服用：

（1）14岁以下或70岁以上的人；

（2）申请签证并保留指纹在中国大使馆并在五年内与同一张护照在国外的人员；

请注意，申请人必须亲自去使馆和领事部门保持指纹。如果有人假装是保留指纹的人，则申请人将被拒绝进入中国，所有后果将由申请人本人承担。
