1. Can I...?
这是最常用的表达请求的句型之一,较为口语化、随意,常用于朋友、家人或熟人之间。
● Can I have a glass of water?(我能喝杯水吗?)

● Can I borrow your pen?(我能借你的钢笔吗?)
● Can I go out to play now?(我现在能出去玩吗?)
2. Could I...?
比 “Can I...” 更礼貌、委婉,可用于各种场合,尤其是正式或不太熟悉的人之间。
● Could I use your computer for a while?(我能用一下你的电脑吗?)
● Could I leave a bit earlier today?(我今天能早走一会儿吗?)
● Could I have a look at your new book?(我能看一下你的新书吗?)

5. Do you think I could...?
这是一种比较委婉、礼貌的请求方式,通过询问对方的看法来提出请求,给对方更多的思考空间,常用于正式或不太熟悉的交流场景。
● Do you think I could have an extension on this project deadline?(你觉得我可以申请延长这个项目的截止日期吗?)

6. I wonder if I could...
该句型表达说话者带有一定的犹豫和试探性地提出请求,语气非常委婉、谦逊,适用于需要尊重对方意见或可能会给对方带来不便的情况。

1. Yes, you can.
比较常用、直接的给予许可的表达,语气较为随意、友好。
● A: Can I play with your toys? B: Yes, you can.(A:我能玩你的玩具吗?B:可以,你能玩。)
● A: Can I watch TV after dinner? B: Yes, you can.(A:我晚饭后能看电视吗?B:可以,你能看。)

2. Sure. / Certainly.
这两个词都表示肯定的许可,“Sure” 更口语化、随意;“Certainly” 更正式、礼貌。
● A: Could I use your phone? B: Sure.(A:我能用一下你的电话吗?B:当然可以。)
● A: May I take this seat? B: Certainly.(A:我可以坐这个座位吗?B:当然可以。)
● A: Can I join your game? B: Sure.(A:我能加入你们的游戏吗?B:当然可以。)
3. Of course.
表示理所当然的许可,语气比较肯定。
● A: Could I have another piece of cake? B: Of course.(A:我能再吃一块蛋糕吗?B:当然可以。)
● A: May I go home now? B: Of course.(A:我现在可以回家吗?B:当然可以。)
● A: Can I bring a friend to the party? B: Of course.(A:我能带一个朋友来参加派对吗?B:当然可以。)
4. That's fine. / It's okay.
表示同意、没问题,语气比较随和。
● A: Can I stay up a little later tonight? B: That's fine.(A:我今晚能晚睡一会儿吗?B:没问题。)
● A: Could I change the meeting time? B: It's okay.(A:我能更改会议时间吗?B:可以。)
● A: May I take these books out of the library? B: That's fine.(A:我能把这些书带出图书馆吗?B:可以。)
5. By all means.
意思是“当然可以;尽可”,表达非常爽快、积极的许可态度,常用于正式或较为礼貌的交流中。
● A: May I use your conference room for an hour? B: By all means.(A:我可以用你的会议室一个小时吗?B:当然可以。)
● A: Could I bring my pet to the party as long as it's well - behaved? B: By all means.(A:只要我的宠物很乖,我可以带它来参加派对吗?B:当然可以。)
● A: Do you think I could make a copy of this document? B: By all means.(A:你觉得我可以复印这份文件吗?B:当然可以。)
6. There's no problem.
直接表明没有问题,给予对方许可,语气比较轻松、友好,适用于各种场合。
● A: Can I park my bike here for a while? B: There's no problem.(A:我可以把自行车在这里停一会儿吗?B:没问题。)
● A: Could I add an extra item to the order? B: There's no problem.(A:我可以在订单里加一项额外的物品吗?B:没问题。)

7. It's all right.
表示同意、没问题,语气平和、随意,常用于日常交流中。
● A: Can I turn up the music a little bit? B: It's all right.(A:我可以把音乐音量调大一点吗?B:可以。)
● A: Could I take this empty seat? B: It's all right.(A:我可以坐这个空座位吗?B:可以。)
● A: May I start the presentation now? B: It's all right.(A:我现在可以开始做报告了吗?B:可以。)
